Free Painting Estimate
I provide a free informative written painting estimate. When you call and request an estimate - i'm very prompt in scheduling a time to come out and look at your property.
The estimate will be detailed and list:
- what preparation is to be done,
- if it's an exterior paint job - whether pressure washing is needed,
exactly what is to be painted (what rooms, or what sides of the house, or which out buildings, etc.)
- all colors and sheens of paint or stain, any specific brand requested,
- special notes - for example, "don't let the dog out" . . . "needs to be done by a certain date etc."
- I make sure the estimate is through yet simple. I either deliver the estimate in person or email it to you - whichever you prefer.
~ Also - I give honest estimates ~
For example - you may think the entire exterior of your home needs to be painted. But once I look it over, I may suggest that you only need a partial paint job if you're keeping the colors the same. Sometimes, just the sunny sides of the building need to be painted. The other sides might be fine for several more years if they still look good.
